1.
Sacrificial Pilot Bit & Concrete Outlet
Heavy-duty pilot bit with tungsten-carbide teeth (bullet teeth or flat chisels) for initial penetration.
Internal concrete discharge valve (knock-out cap or flap valve) that prevents soil ingress during drilling and opens under concrete pump pressure during extraction.

Helical Starter Flights
Short section of aggressive auger flighting at the tip that cuts into the soil and directs material upward toward the expanding body.

Displacement Body (Expander Bulb)
A heavy-walled, tapered steel mandrel engineered to a 600 mm outer diameter.

Smooth Shaft / Extension Pipe & Drive Coupling
Thick-walled smooth steel casing stems (e.g., Ø300 mm to Ø406 mm inner tube) that extend to the required drilling depth while minimizing rotational skin friction.
Top coupling fitted with a heavy-duty hexagonal drive connector or flange matching the SR-65 rotary sleeve connector.
